1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services, products, or materials provided by On Your Way CDL Training (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide CDL training services, which may include:

• In-person appointment-based training sessions

• Online course materials, study guides, and preparation tools

• Scheduling for road tests, assessments, and instructional programs

All services must be booked or purchased in accordance with our scheduling and payment policies.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to apply for a CDL license in your state to enroll in our programs.

4. Scheduling & Appointments

All in-person training appointments must be scheduled in advance. Clients are expected to:

• Arrive on time

• Bring required documents (license, permits, etc.)

• Notify the Company at least 24 hours in advance of any rescheduling needs

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your session and associated fees.

5. Payment Policy

All services must be paid in full prior to the commencement of any training or release of online materials. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment platforms.

6. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Please refer to our full Refund Policy below. By purchasing or booking services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All training materials, content, and proprietary systems are owned by On Your Way CDL Training and may not be copied, reproduced, resold, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

We make every effort to ensure accurate, compliant, and effective CDL training. However, we are not responsible for:

• Client failure to pass exams or tests

• Missed appointments

• Any outcomes resulting from misuse of training materials

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
